Opt Out of the Sale of your Information
Certain states provide residents (and, in some cases, their authorized agents) with the right to opt out of “targeted advertising,” “selling” or “sharing” of personal information, as described more fully in our Privacy Policy. Talkatone may share information about you with certain partners including advertising partners and social media publishers or other partners that provide analytics and other services in a manner that may be considered “sales” under privacy laws.
To opt out, please submit the information requested in the opt-out form below. If we can match your information to the information we hold about you, we will opt you out. Please note that we will not require you to verify your identity.
Even if you choose to opt out, you may continue to see advertising, including ads that may be based on personal information processed before you opted out.

If you are an authorized agent submitting an opt-out request on behalf of someone else, you may do so by completing the form above. Talkatone can only process this request, where eligible under applicable state privacy laws, if it can match the information provided in the form to a known customer account.
